Cancellation Poliy :

We realize that travel plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation. However, as a small business, this can have a big impact us. A minimum of 3 days notice for cancellation is required April 16th - Dec 14.
Two weeks notice is required during the ski season .
If proper notice is not provided and we are unable to rebook your room, we will need to charge, in full, for all the nights reserved.

Children policy,
children are free under 16 years old for one, if two children are over 12 years old that would be charged $10 per night .
Over 16 years old is $10 per night.

Pet Policy,
We usually don't allow pets in rooms for some people who would get allergy, however we understand that you have to take them with you, so we need to charge $ 20 one pet per night , $ 30 two pets for pet clean up.
