In our continued effort to reduce our environmental impact we now offer "lodge-style" housekeeping. We collect garbage and replace amenities daily as needed and clean the room on a weekly basis. If you would like daily full-service housekeeping, it needs to be scheduled at the time of booking and is $15 per day extra +taxes.

If you are coming to the Rossland/Trail/Castlegar area for work, please phone us for our contractor rates for extended stays. (depending on the season, a minimum stay may be required)
Pet Policy
Due to allergy concerns we do not allow pets in our rooms. Because of extremes in temperature, wildlife, etc. they cannot be left in a vehicle overnight.
Cancellation Policy
We realize that travel plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation. However, as a small business, this can have a major impact on us. A minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation is required April 15 - November 30. One week notice is required during the ski season (Dec 1 - April 14). If proper notice is not provided and we are unable to rebook your room we will need to charge, in full, for all the nights reserved.
